FIT ACADEMY

Strength training and agility are crucial components of a comprehensive softball training program.  By incorporating strength training exercises, athletes can improve their power, bat speed, and throwing velocity. With agility drills, an athlete can improve their footwork, their reaction time and their overall athleticism.  Softball players use agility drills to improve their fielding, base running, and quickness on the field. A well-rounded strength and agility training program can help a softball player improve their performance on the field and help them reach their full potential.

STRENGTH

Our strength program is structured to help players grow into their bodies. This will allow them to have more stability and confidence in their skills. Strength allows players to take their skills to the next level

AGILITY

Focusing on footwork and coordination needed in game situations. Improving on fundamental agility movements.

SPEED

Speed is used all around the field.  This encompasses reaction and explosiveness. We will work on getting them stronger and used to quick movements.
