SCHEDULING POLICY

All scheduling is completed through the EZFacility Platform.

Every player/parent will receive instructions via email after registration on how to book through our application. This email will help navigate through the app and show you how to use EZFacility credits for certain time slots. You can also visit our FAQ page for further guidance.

BOOKING FEATURES

See below for features and directions of our booking via website and application 

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

Mobile Application allows scheduling up to 1 month in advance

Website allows scheduling up to 3 months in advance

Make sure you book in the correct age group otherwise you will not be able to participate in that session nor get your credit back

Have great flexibility for your family in booking your appointments

To schedule outside of your age group, bookings must be approved by Coach K first

PRIORITY LEVELS

 EARLY BIRD PRIORITY - Current members registering during OPEN ENROLLMENT

 PRIORITY #1 - New players fully registered during OPEN ENROLLMENT

 PRIORITY #2 - New players fully registering after OPEN ENROLLMENT

** For academies that only offer 1x/week - Players will have PRIORITY #1 scheduling

OPEN ENROLLMENT DATES:

SPRING ACADEMY (November 1-15th)

SUMMER PROGRAMS (March 1-15th)

FALL ACADEMY (May 1-15th)
